The FISS Committee will endeavour to acknowledge your e-mail with in 48hrs and answer or deal with any queries within 72hrs from the acknowledgement. In extreme case if it is clear that more time will be required to obtain the information to respond you will receive correspondence to explain and a guide as to when we hope to respond in full.
